I background

II Requirements
1. Co-founders understand and agree with the core concept of ONEROOT, and have certain knowledge and insights into the blockchain industry;
2. Co-founders need to exert their own subjective initiative to build a harmonious and active community discussing technology. ONEROOT official will formulate corresponding KPI assessment standard, and will also give co-founders a more generous return as an incentive;
3. Unofficial community co-founders need to bring official personnel into the community during the community promotion process. We will provide support for all co-founders, and simultaneously carry out activities in various communities to improve vatality and quality of the community.
For the stability of the co-founders, an one-month probation period will be given, and the reward will be issued normally during this period.
III Rules
1. Official community co-founders:
(1) Bringing in new members: Co-founders need to invite no less than 50 real and active users into the official community per month (zombie/advertising accounts are now allowed);
(2) Interacting: Maintain the existing vitality of the community, and every week co-founders need to assist the official staff to answer questions in the community. Speaking content in the group needs to be positive and rational. The number and time period of speaking is not limited, and the assessment is determined by the content and quantity of speaking. We require no less than 50 speaking per week (except for stickers and meaningless content);
(3) Management: Assist the official operation team in the community in community management, remove ads, meaningless content and malicious users, making the community a clean land.
2. Unofficial community co-founders (opinion leaders in the blockchain industry who have their own community, affecting at least 200 people)：
(1) Bringing in new members: Co-founders need to invite no less than 20 real active users into the official community every month (zombie/advertising accounts are now allowed);
(2) Propaganda: Cooperate with the official operation team to promote the concept of ONEROOT in their own community, timely release the latest project progress of ONEROOT, and launch an event, topic discussion or live lecture on ONEROOT every month;
(3) Management — Maintain the community atmosphere, remove ads, screening and malicious users, making the community a clean land. In addition, investor education should be carried out in the community to spread the correct investment philosophy.
IV Reward
The reward for completing KPI is divided into two ways:
1. RMB 1,200 yuan in cash;
2. Equivalent tokens.
Co-founders can choose any of the above rewards and get the first hand official news of ONEROOT.
The KPI conducts monthly assessment based on the weekly record. We will observe the activity of co-founders every week, and assess the number of newcomers brought in every month. The higher the KPI completion, the more the reward.
Assessment score will be graded at the end of the month, and the reward will be issued on the 5th of the following month. The top three will have additional rewards:
Official: The number of new users brought in (ten-point system) * 30% + the amount of interaction in the group (ten-point system) * 50% + management (ten-point system) * 20%
Unofficial: The number of new users brought in (ten-point system) * 30% + the amount of propaganda in the group (ten-point system) * 50% + management (ten-point system) * 20%
