1.R1 Protocol will go through an Iterative upgrade
To improve Smart Contract,R1 Protocol iterative will go through an iterative upgrade at 1 a.m on Sept 6th , Beijing time.During the upgrade,Rootrex will suspend its service on mobile APP and website（https://www.rootrex.com）. All open orders will be automatically canceled and the assets involved will be returned to your wallet. This upgrade lasts for about 5 hours. Therefore deposit, withdrawal and transaction will resume normal function after 6 a.m that day. Should you redeposit the crypto assets into the Smart Contract, you can continue making transactions.

3.Rootrex had been optimized
Rootrex has tackled the refresh error of transfer history resulted from the changes in the type of JSON-RPC return data of infura, New version will solute such problem that there was a small amount still remain frozen while the balance of transaction had been returned to users’ wallets.
