1. Bitcoin has pulled back from 2020’s highs while ether slips as DeFi cools off. Bitcoin (BTC) trading around $12,919.97 as of 20:00 UTC (4 p.m. ET). Slipping 1.36% over the previous 24 hours, which trading range was between $12,731.06 and $13,192.25.

2. According to DeBank data, the total DeFi lock-up volume (TVL) exceeded US$15 billion for the first time, reaching US$15.1 billion, a record high. DeFi’s current real lock-up volume is 9.68 billion US dollars, and the repetition rate is about 35.87%. The top five are Uniswap ($2.95 billion), Maker ($1.99 billion), WBTC ($1.43 billion), Aave ($1.25 billion) and Curve ($1.15 billion).

3. According to the ChainNews, the total lock-up volume (TVL) on the BarnBridge chain of risk-grading derivatives agreement exceeded US$210 million. Chain Wen has reported that BarnBridge has completed a $1 million seed round of financing. Investors involved include Fourth Revolution Capital, ParaFi Capital, Synthetix founder Kain Warwick, Aave founder Stani Kulechov, DARMA Capital managing partner Andrew Keys, Centrality, Blockchain Companies, Dahret Group.

4.
