According to the ChainNews, Binance Smart Chain (BSC) will start the first phase of the Quadratic Funding Grant on HackerLink, the DoraHacks blockchain developer platform, to support developers and ecological projects, with an initial grant of USD 50,000. Developers from all over the world can submit new projects based on BSC through HackerLink. The community uses BNB to conduct a second-party vote. The result of the vote will finally determine the distribution of the first phase of the $50,000 bonus pool. The project submission time for this second-party funding activity is from January 20, 2021 to March 10, 2021. Projects that can be submitted include, but are not limited to, improvements to BSC’s core technology and infrastructure, DeFi, DAO, NFT, zk Rollup and other fields, new technologies and new products, as well as community and media projects that help the BSC ecosystem develop better.

3. According to BlockBeats news, On January 13, Brian Brooks, the Acting Administrator of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), will end his brief term in the agency this weekend. It is reported that Brooks joined the agency for the first time in March last year, was appointed as acting administrator last summer, and was nominated by Trump to serve as the administrator for the entire term.
